Responsibilities:

• Engage in comprehensive sales training to sharpen skills and industry knowledge, applying expertise in real-world scenarios.
• Assist senior sales staff in various tasks, including presentations and proposals, fostering collaboration across departments.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle, maintaining relationships and providing ongoing support.
• Handle administrative tasks efficiently, including CRM maintenance and database management.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor products to provide valuable insights to the team.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in law, economics, business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred, OR currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date within the current academic year.
• A proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• Fluency in English at an advanced level is required; knowledge of Czech and Ukrainian languages is considered advantageous.
